“On April 18, 2026, at 8:00 AM, the Treehouse Club members embarked on an educational and exploratory field trip, as a result to their hard work and the success of the ‘Science Day’ commemoration.

The journey aimed to revisit the history of the Ouarsenis Kingdom ⵜⴰⴳⵍⴷⵉⵜ ⵏ ⵡⴰⵔⵙⵏⵉⵙ and reflect on the beauty of nature. The itinerary began at the ‘Lejdar’ Pyramids in Tousnina, where the group honored the contributions of the first Algerian female archeology researcher Khadra Kedaria. Students further delved into prehistoric eras , then exploring the Beni Salama caves in the Taoughzout region.

During the trip, a notable meeting took place with a troup of the Algerian Muslim Scouts from Oued Lilli, fostering a spirit of discipline and cooperation. A key highlight was the practical workshop, where students practiced their English proficiency to explain archaeological concepts. Special emphasis was placed on the legacy of Ibn Khaldun, the founder of Urban human science sociology, and his formative years spent in the Frenda region writing his masterpiece, The Muqaddimah (The Introduction).

Beyond the academic scope, the trip served as a ‘mental reset,’ aimed at breaking the study routine, encouraging student dedication, and fostering creative thinking in preparation for the upcoming second-semester exams.
